John Bol Ajak, a 6-foot-11 center at Westtown School in West Chester, Pa., has committed to Syracuse University, he announced on Instagram Tuesday afternoon.
Ajak visited the Syracuse campus this past weekend. He confirmed his decision in a telephone interview with Syracuse.com.
“It just felt right,” Ajak said. “After I came up to the school, it was obvious.”
He said a key to the visit was hearing from the Syracuse coaches about how they planned on using him..
